Create corscontroller branch for CORS specific openshift instance

The corscontroller demo has until now been the same as the aerogear-controller-demo. But now that we have paging support there are headers that need to be passed back with CORS, so we need have a branch for these changes.

There are JS integration test that work against this instance and can be run manually to verify the correctness of the configuration.
