Update aerogear-ios-integration project to include paging integration tests

For the recent paging functionality that was added to the library, aerogear-ios-integration project should be updated to exercise the functionality offered by the three paging mechanisms that we support. That is:

-Paging using the Headers (can go against AeroGear Controller)
-Paging using WebLinking (can go against GitHub)
-Paging with Body (can go against Twitter)
