validate and update copyright header on all src files

      Recently we started to updated (->remove) the Copyright year.

      Some files still mention a (non-existing) copyright.txt file + usage of 'author' tags (which shouldn't be used).

      Ideally we come up with a clean header template for all the projects (including demos)
