Create a device/feature detection example to be the de-facto source for this functionality

    Description

      I think having an example that we keep updated regularly that shows the recommended way to handle device and feature detection would be valuable.

      This would use media queries, modernizr, etc..., and what ever achieves the goal in the best most optimized way. AeroGear and outside developers could then use this as the basis of their work.

      It may even lead to a sub-project framework for handling this.
