Motivation
As a Developer, I want to have a working sample sync solution (schema and associating data source) available out of the box, such that I can try out sync directly after provisioning.

Acceptance criteria

• As part of provisioning Data Sync, there should be a checkbox which represents the full setup of the example app as part of the Data Sync provisioning process.
• The checkbox in the provisioning wizard should should default to on (i.e. checked)
• When Data Sync is provisioned, the example schema, DB, and DB tables should be all setup.
• Documentation around how a user would transition from the use of the example solution to trying out their own schema, i.e. delete the example schema and add in their own schema types and Save it.
