Remove references to 'digger' and 'build farm' from all 5.x resources - apbs, docs, repo names, docker image names. 'Mobile CI/CD' should be used instead.

Why
There was a discussion at the community regarding the 3 different names there are existingi n the mobile cicd apb and an action was create to get this updated.

cc pbrookes added the label but wonder if you could take this one in? I didn't see an option to create a github issue for this one.
