Look at enhancing existing playbooks instead of maintaining our own for installing mobile on OpenShift

What

mnairn@redhat.com discovered that the existing roles for installing the Ansible Broker do most of what we need it to do.

Items not covered

• Installation of the CRD
• Overriding the web console image

We should investigate whether we can contribute upstream to avoid the duplication we have in
