Remove java7 marker in OpenShift usr template

    Description

      While investigating AGPUSH-329 we suspect that a change in the security policy for java7 on OpenShift might causing that issue. Until we can determine the exact cause and fix that bug it would be good to remove the java7 marker file so that java 6 is used instead which does not have this issue.
