We currently use autofocus implemented here:

But our approach does not handle enter/esc keystrokes.

We should adopt lo-autofocus directive from liveoak and possibly generalize it in form of angular-patternfly directive.

We use our custom directive lo-autofocus for the 1st input in modals.
Right after the modal pops-up, user has the focus on the first input and
pressing enter submits the modal.
