Poor performance/no activity spinner for Push UI - Admin

      Given:

      I have 1036 registered apps

      When:

      I login to Admin UI

      Expect:

      Either apps are already loaded or there is some spinner that shows data is loading right now.

      Current situation:

      Page shows 0 registered apps and does not show user anything is happening on background.

      After 33 seconds, 0 changes to 1036 and after more 30 seconds, page is fully rendered.
