Show SimplePush server's URL in the Admin console

In the screenshot I've attached you can see how does it look like on openshift (not sure how does it look when I host it myself locally), but it should definitely show an url of the SimplePush server. I know that you can find that buried somewhere in the documentation for OpenShift cartridge, but that's not user-friendly at all. Also when the user clicks on the 'Example implementation', the variable 'simplePushUrl' is not set and is empty, so after copying that into his .js file, he won't be able to get it running.
