Android debug builds fail with build tools 26

      What:
      Building Android app (e.g. master of [1]) in debug mode with build-tools 26.0.2 fails on digger. It works with build-tools 24.0.3 (e.g. branch FH-v4.5 of the same app [2]).

      Error from log

      FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.
      Execution failed for task ':app:validateSigningDebug'.
      > java.nio.file.FileSystemException: /opt/android-sdk-linux/android.debug.lock: Read-only file system

      Why:
      We need to fully support Android O on 4.6.
      Templates are already updated to use build-tools 26.0.2.
