Implement missing functionality in new BF test suite

We already have basic structure for new test suite - https://github.com/matskiv/digger-test
But there are couple of critical pieces that have not been implemented yet. E.g:

• fetch templates from $fhtaRepoUrl / $fhtaRepoBranch TestBase.java line 50
• parse templates from global.json file and sort them based on type into androidTemplates/iosTemplates/cordovaTemplates TestBase.java line 54
• get host, user and pass from targets.json file based on $target TestBase.java line 73
• cleanup - get list of apps from jenkins and remove all with $prefix TestBase.java line 46
• test methods body
