Create Jenkins job client

      What?

      • We would need to provide jenkins job client that would create jenkins job.

      Why?

      • To create jenkins job with repository that create jenkinsfile
      • Allow to use solution without platform (POC)

      How?

      • Investigate possible java jenkins clients
      • Try to replicate work done in POC in the client (https://github.com/aliok/jenkins-remote-api-experiments)
        1) Authenticate into jenkins
        2) Create sample jenkins job
        3) Provide way to monitor the logs
        4) Extract artifact (some investigation: AGDIGGER-26)
      • Move source code to digger repository
      • Allow to use client in cmd (optional - good to have for community)
      • Provide documentation how to use it
