Currently jenkins instance is created with default admin user. This user is to powerful and should not be used with jenkins API. We should investigate automation or documentation for creating users that would be able to call API and create jobs but they would not be able to login.
This user would be used in millcore (probably as property) to create jobs get artifacts etc.

Jenkins administration should be disabled.

Goal

• Investigate what permissions should be enabled for API users
• Add s2i build capabilities for the user
• Provide simple runtime script for creating users.
