Allow to use different branch when triggering the build.

Goals

• Extend digger java clients to accept parameters and define git branch parameter.
• Change default job template to accept parameters for git branch
• Test if different branch is used.
• Provide clear message to user if branch is missing Jenkinsfile

This might be already supported by the digger java client. aliok@redhat.com to conform.
