We need a Jenklins Pipeline to see what are the minimum requirements to build a cordova app.

Goal

Build Cordova pipeline that will:

• having the cordova tools available (these may be part the base builder image or mac image.)
• spike using common/generic Jenkinsfile for IOS/Android using logic to decide which node to execute on. potentially using environment variables when executing on platform X
• try invoke cordova build hooks (pre-build/post-build scripts) to make sure they will work as expected.
