The self-managed Build Farm supports Node.js 4.4 client code by default.
As a result, the Ionic template will fail if you try to build a client app.
Also, any Node 6 specific code in your client app may also fail.
There is no workaround available, however this issue will be addressed in a future release.

I might have just overlooked it but it seems that digger doesn't support Node6 at the moment. I was trying to build Ioinc2 app (Ionic2 requires Node6+) but Jenkins node the pipeline was running on used Node4.

I was not able to come up with any workaround.

The https://github.com/aerogear/digger-installer was used to provision digger on OCP 3.6

There will need to be a follow on JIRA to test that this will work with all the templates
