      create http module:

      • Extract 'Pipe' functionality from aerogear-http
      • Propose an API closer to GET/POST/PUT http method
      • Allow pluggable request/response serializer (possibility to plug fwk like mantle)
      • Utilise Apple's new Swift programming language
