There are some files and resources that are not needed, and could confuse developers in the different projects. We need to review what files are actual needed for the projects and clean out the rest.

For example:

https://github.com/aerogear/kitchensink-cordova/blob/master/shared/www/config.xml

• Which I think is just leftover from when we did phonegap build.

I think there are others too, but a review would be needed.
