Allow unregistration from Push Server

There should be a way, for an application to send request for unregistration from the push server. Not every user will want push notifications and some applications might want to have this configurable in settings. Then if the user will disable notifications, the device should not be receiving any push messages as it would be waste of a battery and data package.
