Utility to hook the Push Message to the desired Activity

Right now we have an interface MessageHandler and a utility class registrar. Registrar keeps a static list of handlers and has a protected method to send messages to the handlers. I am not sure if the is the best way to go forward, but I havn't come up with better ideas.
