Videos such as [1] are useful to end users, but:

• they don't always age well
• the url doesn't give context and therefore can be misplaced
• difficult to review wrt context
• they suit a particular audience (ie if you want video for one subject, you are probably interested in video for other subjects)

As we are producing and consuming more video, it would be good to have a system for:

• proposing
• approving
• publishing
• removing
