As an AeroGear community maintainer I want and end to end testing framework for the Android service SDKs so that I can ensure that individual service SDKs are compatible and I can verify the suite of SDKs end to end

Acceptance criteria:

• Produce set of automated integration tests according to the service integration matrix
• Automated testing environment that runs them periodically
• Report from the test is being produced
