What

Create a CI for the app and automatically build each PR.

It should:

• Build app, run some smoke tests
• Include building XML docs.
• Short term use the shared keycloak instance for the Android and iOS app

One option for the CI provider is to use [appveyor](https://www.appveyor.com/).

NOTE: this one doesn't include E2E tests.

Why

Have something to automatically verify the PRs.
