As a CLI Developer I want to be able to create a binding between Auth (Keycloak) and Sync so that I can protect the Sync Server using Auth

Acceptance Criteria:

• should be well documented within the CLI
• binding invokes the bind playbook for keycloak
• the sync server is updated with the correct keycloak config
• If possible , should provide feedback to the user
• should be an option for non interactive no wait usage
• Automated end to end testing should be present
