As a CLI developer I want to be able to retrieve my SDK config in JSON format so that I can include it in my mobile application.

Acceptance Criteria:

• CLI command should retrieve the configuration for a given mobile client
• CLI documentation should be clear with clear usage
• Automated end-to-end tests should be present
• JSON config format well defined and documented
