Currently, for our contributor setup, we use /installer/install.sh script, utilizing oc cluster up and ansible.

Because running of this script is central for our development wokflow, we should have a test that ensures we don't break it.

      This means:

      • changing the install.sh to allow for unattended run
      • possibly adding a basic sanity check at the end of the run
      • prototyping an environment that would be pluggable to our CI to allow us to run this on PRs
      • easiest way currently would be to have a few staticaly provisioned slaves in openstack
      • when prototyping this, so far runnin the installation script takes around 5 minutes, which still looks feasible for a PR check
      • the slave-configuration should be codified in ansible
