Site: when entered the News page with hash-tag the platforms/modules/tags are not selected correctly

When you select e.g. iOS platform on the News page, the hash is changed - allows copy-pasting of News stream, etc.

http://localhost:4000/news/#platform-ios

But when you enter the page via URL the hash is not taken into consideration by "checkboxes" in the left pane.
