Cleanup new docs

We stubbed some docs that were ultimately not necessary. We should remove those from the website so people don't see them.

These are

 * Upgrading UPS 

 * Extending UPS

 * Running > configuration

 
Additionally a broken image was found at 
 * how-it-works (docs/introduction/how-it-works)
