This issue represents the common code for the React Native Unified Push client SDK. This will be a javascript codebase that implements the bridge between the react native plugin and our native push SDKs.

This code will be used by the end user developer to call the unified push api. It will be used by the developer for registering, updating, deleting, and monitoring the platforms push network token. It will be used to handle incoming push messages [these messages will be initially sent from the Android and iOS native components]. It will also be used to interact with the push server for subscribing to categories, aliases, etc.
