      This is the common elements of the admin UI. This work includes

      • The common headers and footers
      • Basic hooks for keycloak/and ui config
      • A general design that is easy to add and navigate to pages aka easy to add react components and know where they go
      • A Javascript compatible client to call UPS endpoints. (Written in typescript)
