Integrate Admin UI with KeyCloak

      Keycloak is optionally enabled. This ticket includes making sure that the admin UI works with and without keycloak.

      Without keycloak everything should be normal, with keycloak the user's name should be shown in the top right, when your keycloak is expired you should be redirected to the KC login when you try to do anything.
