At the moment, in the UPS admin console there are quite a few links to the upstream docs. However, for downstream usage (like RHMI), it is preferred to link to the docs in the customer portal.

The ask here is to update UPS to allow configure the root links for the docs so that it is possible to configure them via external configurations (like config file or environment variables).
