Replace NGClip with something better

The current UPS UI uses ng-clip. However, this library is old and uses flash under the hood. Flash is an outdated technology and support is being removed from Firefox and Chrome soon. We've removed the copy support for code snippets for now and need to do a new implementation with a new library that uses the browser native clipboard support (see https://www.w3.org/TR/clipboard-apis/)
