      Epic Goal

The YAML editor in RHACM Search Details page should have feature parity with the editor on the OCP console.

      Why is this important?

The missing features and different look and feel could prevent user adoption and hinder the perception of RHACM Search's added value.

      Acceptance Criteria

The YAML tab should utilize the same YAML editor component that OCP's YAML tab uses.
YAML editor should include Save, Cancel, Download buttons, and include buttons for "Copy to clipboard" & "Shortcuts".

This initial implementation will NOT include the editor settings modal, fullscreen toggle or Resource sidebar. If these buttons are determined to be a priority addition, we can open work items and prioritize accordingly.
