No namespace field in kubevirt hcp creation wizard

      Description of problem:

      Based on design spec, expected to see the Namespace field as a customizable entry in the cluster details, but no field exists. Namespace created automatically using the cluster name, but maybe we should expose this as a field with some default?

      1. go to mce/acm create cluster > kubevirt (ui)
      2. observe no field for namespace in cluster details step
      3. ...
