Test cases should be added to the periodic jobs / BVT suite in https://github.com/stolostron/governance-policy-framework verifying that OperatorPolicy can be used to install a basic operator on an OpenShift cluster. There should be tests using a policy with an OperatorGroup specifies, and other tests using a policy where that is not specified. Status message and compliance details should be verified in both inform and enforce mode.
