Based on the work of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ACM-8814 and https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ACM-8818,

the epic's target in 2.10 is to

1. Test data documentation on how many resources (CPU/memory) each addon requires/uses to https://github.com/stolostron/capacity-planning .
2. Scripts that can make tests repeatable, so we can run the tests on the subsequent releases. https://github.com/haoqing0110/acm-workload
