Description of problem:

Grafana queries timeout after 30 seconds despite having a datasource configuration timeout of 300s as per https://github.com/stolostron/multicluster-observability-operator/blob/61cfcab82bb497b1287d2d72a3aa856333a32e4b/operators/multiclusterobservability/controllers/multiclusterobservability/grafana.go#L99-L115

1. Create a query that will run for longer than 30s
2. Run the query
3. Observe that the request never completes and errors with status 502
