PostgreSQL is the recommended DB in the design of Compliance history story. One referenced in RH software catalog is the following:

We should pull this image into GRC QE container and configure the DB for use in test automation.

The followings will also be established:
separate Jenkins job in acmqe-auto-test repo to create an instance for GRC QE in e2e pipeline prior to GRC execution
PostgresSQL DB access info, such as connection url including sslmode, is accessible by GRC operator
Create secret - governance-policy-database in ACM installed namespace, prior to GRC test execution
