      Description of problem:

If an invalid component name has been detected within the MCH CR object, the MCH operator will encounter reconciliation issues due to the operator trying to ensure that the invalid component's resources are created within ACM.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      2.9.0+

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy ACM 2.9.0 or later.
      2. Create CR for MCH.
      3. Add invalid component names to the overrides.components list within the CR.

      Actual results:

MCH is stuck in pending and MCE status is constantly switching between Available and Error.

      Expected results:

MCH should continue to run properly.
