post upgrade to 2.10 config policies fail to show status for ocp 311 clusters
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ACM 2.10.0 on VMware 4.12.46
How reproducible:
Once
Steps to Reproduce:
- create a configuration policy on ocp 311 cluster (ex: ns must exist)
- ...
Actual results:
No status on ocp 311 cluster
Expected results:
ocp 311 cluster reports its compliance
