Those optimisations were found while looking into a performance problem involving about a hundred clusters.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. install acm 2.8.4
2. deploy 98 clusters to manage
3. deploy 29k applications
4. load the applications page

Actual results:

The page becomes unresponsive due to the high number of applications loaded when accessing the Application page.

Expected results:

The page does not become unresponsive

during investigation optimisations possible to cluster details were found.
