      Value Statement

      As opposed to always approving all possible operator upgrades, we want to be able to limit upgrades to specific versions, defined in the OperatorPolicy spec. This will allow operators in different clusters to have compatible versions, determined by an admin.

      • The operator installation should not automatically progress past the versions that are defined in the OperatorPolicy
