Create an informative issue (See each section, incomplete templates/issues won't be triaged)

Currently, customers need to manually modify clusterOSImage in install-config.yaml before submitting creation form for disconnected installations. The changes in linked issue allows the user to store it in the credential which then automatically populates the wizard.

This behavior currently exists for OpenStack credential creation doc link - See step 5] (Screen shot below of OpenStack documentation)

This same "Cluster OS image" bullet point needs to be added to step 5 for VMware vSphere Managing a credential by using the console
