Provide an option to manually sync ApplicationSets, Applications and selective sync. This would be incredibly handy. e.g. that I can only sync a single specific object and not the entire application

Why is this important?

AppSub has a feature to sync manually, customers appreciate this feature
in AppSub you have both the option to configure sync:

but also the option to provide a manual sync

So we want to have the same feature level what we have with AppSub
