Deploying ACM.

Created MultiClusterHub using the following command:

1. cat <<EOF | oc create -f -

   >
   > spec:
   > imagePullSecret: "pull-secret"

Realized that I miss an annotation, i.e. the yaml should have been:

So attempted to delete the multiclusterhub.

Result: the multiclusterhub is stuck in deletion.
