vSphere Credentials with special characters prevent cluster deployment

      Description of problem:

      When attempting to deploy a cluster there is an error `Platform credentials failed authentication check:`. It was found that when starting a password with | in the Credentials editor, it gets wrapped in double quotes in the credential secret. When trying to use it in deployment, it is not enclosed in double-quotes, and in some cases the YAML is truncated.

      1. Create a password starting with | in the credentials editor

      Actual results:

      Expected results:

      credentials starting with | should not prevent cluster deployments
