Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into ja_JP locale
2. Navigate to Home - Overview
3. For 'Cluster Issues', the text is overlapping with diagram

Actual results:

The text overlaps with the diagram

Expected results:

It looks good if the text fits inside the diagram
